1. Murrays Pizza *
Houston, Built 2025
Concept: Elevated pizza restaurant featuring craft cocktails and a curated wine list. Old world charm and detailing integrated into a newer commercial storefront development. Focused use of trim work and custom millwork throughout the space capitalized with a back bar elevated with a full cornice. Heavy green and walnut wood tones anchor the space during lunch service and easily transition into a more intimate evening setting for dinner service.

2. Leaf and Grain (Memorial) *
Houston, Built 2025
Concept: Fourth location of Leaf & Grain. Integrate existing brand identity into a new location with unique design perspective and palette. Daytime focused space for counter service salads and bowls. Light colors and natural materials with warm lighting create a relaxed space for guests enjoying a lunch break or picking up food on the go.

3. Dandelion Cafe (Heights) *
Houston, Built 2024 *
Concept: All day cafe design inside the historic Houston Heights Clocktower. Second cafe location to reference original location but develop design language and details further as business expands. A key aspect of the project was space management to accommodate a large kitchen to be utilized both onsite food production and as a prep kitchen for original location. Customer and staff egress was essential to dial in with two different service bars and two kitchen entrances. A large menu necessitates a large amount of kitchen equipment to design around. Aesthetically, a warm yet bold natural color palette transitions the space from morning to afternoon and evening.
